About TriciaTricia Whitehead - Benchmark Realty

Hello and welcome home to Nashville, or where ever you may be buying or selling!

I have a passion for making the process of buying and selling a home a more enjoyable experience, and it is my promise to walk all my clients through each and every step of the buying and/or selling process. At the end of working together, you’ll wonder why others said buying and selling their homes was such a stressful experience. In addition to being your real estate agent, I work as your partner, advocate and counselor .

It’s worth noting that before I became a real estate agent, I enjoyed a successful 20-year career in public relations . I primarily worked in the Christian music industry, representing the Gospel Music Association for many years. My exceptional communications and PR skills are just an added bonus that absolutely benefit real estate sellers .

I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why I am dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on the client’s behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Today’s buyers and sellers need a trusted resource that can guide them through the complex world of real estate. With extensive knowledge and commitment to providing only the best and most timely information to you, I am your go-to source for real estate industry insight and advice.

And, when you work with me, I will always donate a gift from my commission to Giveback Homes, an organization with strives to make dream homes a reality for those in need all over the world.

My Mission
My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job.

Because I know when you “hire” a Realtor, you not only want to trust their professional capabilities, but you want to like someone you’re forced to spend a lot of time with, I give you this synopsis.

I have lived in Franklin for 16 years ; before that residing in Nashville in the Vandy/West End area. I am a converted Southerner for sure and love everything about living in the “it” city/region. But I do still cheer for my native Boston sports teams (yeah Patriots World Champs – and, no Tom Brady did not deflate those footballs!) and crave summers on Cape Cod (just a week now, not the whole summer like when I was growing up!). I also retain the casual but hardworking qualities I gained schooling ( Pepperdine U .) and living in Southern California in my young adult years where In & Out Burgers reign as the best hamburgers in the Universe!

Tennessee has been good to me since moving here to the Third Coast in 1993. I married a Mississippian and we have three kids: two stepkids are married and 15-year-old daughter Grace is a freshman in high school. We have two precocious and adorable dogs Holly and Noah. Sometimes Grace accuses me of favoring Holly and Noah because, if you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see I tend to post too many pictures of them! We are Tennessee Titans PSL owners (yes, I can split my loyalties) and love our church Church of the City in Franklin.

A little known fact about me is that I was named Nashville’s Best Newcomer by the Nashville Scene the year after I moved here, beating out Vince Gill and Phil Bredesen. I was working at McNeely Pigott & Fox PR at the time and I believe that award showed my passion for my new home and my tenacity for “winning” a campaign . I think you’ll find those traits will tell you something about the kind of Realtor I am.

Thanks for taking the time to get to know me. I look forward to helping you in the near future.
