We first contacted Tricia in March of 2018 after listing our townhome FSBO which fell thru. I texted her after 9pm on Friday to expedite our sale. In fact, our house was listed by Saturday nite, Showings next day and then she beautifully Staged with video. After Nine days ….SOLD! Just recently (Dec 11,2019) we’ve purchased a new home with Trish & given her name several times as referrals.
